One More Piece Of Food On A Stick

We could not get enough food on a stick Friday night, so we headed back over to the fair on Sunday night for dinner!

Party At The Farm

We celebrated the wedding of Eric and Katie Saturday night at the Mulvihill farm in Cummings, Iowa on Saturday night.

What an event!!

I have lot's of pics, but for now here is a cute one of Evelyn in the flowers.

Iowa State Fair

Friday night we headed over to East Side Night at the Iowa State Fair. It is a crazy event here is Des Moines and a great way to see a bunch of old friends from high school.

Before heading over to the Bud tent for the night, Matt, Jenny, Doug and I hit a few food establishments for dinner.

They have just about anything on a stick!!

Thursday, August 7

A Day in Clive

Today we spent the day over at the Johnson's. Evelyn enjoyed playing with Andrew and Emily and all their toys! Jenny and I got to catch up in between running after the kids.

We headed over to the Clive pool where Emily did a perfect pencil off the diving board!

Wednesday, August 6

Iowa

We are back in Iowa and getting settled in.

Evelyn did great in the car! Now it's time to relax and visit family and friends.

Evelyn is already being spoiled by Grandma. She got this great push car which she has been enjoying outside on the sidewalk.

Tuesday, August 5

I got Evelyn a small stroller to push around the house. I know it's a little girly, but she IS a girl. Just because her dad is a old wrestler doesn't mean she is only going to play with tough toys. Just to let me know that she is not to frilly, she threw on the Cubs hat backwards today as she pushed her doll around the house. Classic.
