This weekend we had Kate's Baptism at St. Joseph Parish in Chicago.

Check Up Time

This morning I took the girls to the dr.

Kate's 6 month appointment ~ 17lbs, 28".

Evelyn's 2 1/2 year appointment ~ 33lbs, 40 1/2".

Height will not be an issue in this family. They are both off the charts.

Each got the H1N1 vaccine. A very productive morning!

Trick or Treat 2009

We had a wonderful time with the Walker's this year trick or treating. Evelyn and Audrey sure got the routine down fast ~ and they have the candy to prove it!

Pumpkin Carving

We finally carved the pumpkins we got at our fall outing. Evelyn did not like the insides, but did enjoy stirring the pumpkin seeds in a bowl for a few minutes. Then the real fun began for mom and dad.

Can you tell who's pumpkin is who's? Let's just say Matt did not believe in the stencil kit I bought!

Tailgating

We headed down to South Bend to cheer on Notre Dame Saturday.

A kid free day with good friends, food and beer - the only thing that could have made the day better would have been an Irish victory!

The Great Pumpkin

We headed out to the pumpkin farm this morning with our good friends the Walker's.

The girls rode ponies, fed animals, watched a pig race and oh ~ found their perfect pumpkin.

Step Out - Walk To Fight Diabetes

Our good friend is heavily involved in the American Diabetes Association and asked us to walk with her team for the Step Out Walk last weekend in St. Charles.

It was a great event!
