Evelyn took her roll of Mary in her program very serious. Each day after she has dressed as Mary for most of the day. The outfits are getting hilarious. I do not think Mary was in a bikini!
We went out in search for the perfect tree this year! Size was priority.
The place we went to you actually get a saw, find, and cut down your own tree. It was a lot of fun (until we picked a 13 foot tree about the furthest away from the truck as possible)!
We will definitly go back next year.
Evelyn thought it was cool to measure all the trees!
Daddy and Evelyn measuring what is now our Christmas Tree.
Although we have had a nice warm fall, it is starting to get to cold to go outside which is forcing us to spend a lot of time in the house. Here we are trying to kill time.
Tonight we had the Halloween party at the club. It is such a fun event. Lots of dancing and yummy treats. The girls were excited to try out the Halloween costumes.
Here is Evelyn and Kate pre party.
Evelyn the cat with her friend Mimi the bee.
Evelyn found her "costume twin" Mallory. They were BFF's the rest of the night!
We headed to the Pumpkin Patch with the Walkers in search of the perfect pumpkin and were lucky to also get pony rides, carnival rides and cotton candy!
Not bad for a girl in a cast. Evelyn has been doing pretty good in the pool turning over to her back and then kicking around. Now if I could only get her water wings off.
Erin, Kendall and Cole Schindler came to visit us for a few days. We had so much fun swimming, playing and of course we got a little mom night out too curtesy of the babysitter!
Kendall and Evelyn had a great time together and Evelyn and Cole were buddies.
One of the great things about the suburbs is the space.... space you can fill with all sorts of junk. So, we added to the pile of "stuff" and bought a bike trailer for the girls. It has been a lot of fun and we have been trying to ride any where we can locally.
Here are all the kids celebrating Mimi Fitzpatrick's 1st Birthday!
We had a low key 4th of July in Elmhurst. We went swimming with the Evanston Mulvihill's one day and Uncle Brad came over for the 4th BBQ and fire works!
